Purchase of an ECM Technika V PID Profi Coffee Machine and Eureka Mignon Libra grinder was a great experience with care, professionalism and detail shown. I purchased an ECM Synchronika coffee machine and Eureka Oro Mignon XL grinder from Coffee Complex a few months back and I can't recommend Coffee Complex enough. Anthony and Christian were wonderful to deal with and an issue I had with a defective drip tray was very promptly resolved so the pre-sales and post-sales here is amazing! Anthony was happy answering my emails during his holidays/after hours and when I picked up the coffee machine and grinder Christian took his time and ran through all of the settings and things I should be aware of. I'll be going back here for regular service intervals and have no doubt that everything will be in good hands.I also took the Barista Training option with Michael from Charlie Black and found it very valuable to ensure I not only know how to dial in the grinder, texture milk properly and make the best coffee I can but also how to maintain and clean the coffee machine and grinder, I even got tips to start my latte art journey too. Michael has a wealth of knowledge and took his time explaining everything and answering any questions. I would highly recommend anyone buying a coffee machine to also take this option to get the most out of your coffee machine and grinder.Thank you Coffee Complex & Charlie Black!

I’ve had quite a bit to do with the guys at Coffee Complex over the years. They have always been really helpful - initially undertaking repairs to my old Sunbeam Cafe Series coffee machine. I was so impressed I bought my new semi-professional ECM espresso machine and Fiorenzato grinder from them. I find them accessible, trustworthy and eager to provide personable service. I’d recommend them for any advice or repairs sought on hardware and they have a good range of barista accessories too.
