TERRIBLEInsurance sent me here. The guy looked at my car to order the necessary parts. Didn’t look very hard - was on the phone to a friend the whole time.Was told it was a 5 day fix.When i dropped the car off for the repairs, they found more parts were needed (should’ve checked properly the first time)5 days turned into 5 WEEKS! Only after I lodged a formal complaint through my insurer, did they call and say it’d be ready the next day!I went to pick it up - same guy was still on the phone the whole time I was there. Took me about 10 seconds to see they’d missed things, left parts scratched, and not cleaned up the job they had done. Offered to keep my car to fix it properly.No way in the world was I leaving it any longer. Formally complained through my insurer again. They sent an assessor who agreed with me. I’m taking it elsewhere.Never go here!!

NEVER BACK HERE AGAINVery rude stuff and Was told it'll take 3 max days so I booked my car in on Wednesday and was told to pick it up on Friday. Friday came and they called me saying it wasn't ready, and didn't even offer a loan car. Monday came and I had to chase them up up in order to get my car. Was told I had to now wait next week and unsure when Finally when I picked up my car, it came out with a flat which they fixed on the spot. The panel work was 'okay' at best. The bumper doesn't align properly, it's only small but still noticeable. I didn't want to bring it up and have them take the car off me for an indefinite time. So I decided to just live with their mediocre repair job. The only reason I went here was because my insurance provide direct me thereWould not recommend, would never go back and would rather have a damaged car than bring it here.

My insurance company directed me to Next gen Autobody Williamstown.They were very professional and kept me updated with the whole process. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my car look amazing!!

Exceptional service from David and Allen and a first rate repair. They went above and beyond to help and finished the work earlier than promised. Despite being sent here by my insurance company I would not hesitate to use them for non-insurance claim work. Thanks so much guys, the car looks incredible!!!

Recently went here thinking it was still owned by previous auto repairer. Decided to give them a chance. Spoke to Omar, well presented and spoken, and he did not disappoint. Quick turn around quality products used and well priced. The service and team were all helpful and kind which is a plus. All in all would definitely recommend A+ great standard, excellent panel beating and paint work.

A+ service. Recommended if you want your car treated as though it's the owners personal vehicle. Repaired damages I did not request also. Very high quality service. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to hurt this business for a personal agenda in my opinion.I rate there repairs a big 11 out of 10!

Oh boy, if you thought you had seen quality panel beating before coming to Next Gen Autobody, then think again! Never have I seen a panel beaten so delicately and thoroughly before in my life. Would give 6 stars if possible. My word, what quality beating of a panel. I had to tell all of my friends “Please go crash your car so you can experience the joy of the service from Next Gen Autobody.” So far, none have told me I was wrong.

I collected my car just before Easter from Next Gen Autobody, it was an amazing job Never have I seen a panel beater as professional, delicate and quick as NEXTGEN I Would give 6 stars if possible. My advise is if you need any car repair go to NEXTGENMy car was damaged on right hand side panel but not only they repaired the damage they have repaired my front bumper and polished the vehicle for free no extra cost.Highly recommended!!!!
