Went in today 22/1/23 around 2.30pm to buy a watch. The watch I liked was on sale half price sale for $203 but original price $339. Asked the sales lady to honour the price of $169.50 (half price). At first she said the new staff put the wrong sticker. Then she responded with it's a new watch it shouldn't be on sale and needs to check in her system. After checking she responded with it is on 40% off sale and not half price and the reason she used the half price sale sticker was because they were out of 40% sale sticker. And refused to honour the half price sale as advertised.

Loved there items but not the customer service while others were offered the free deal on your second item. I had to ask at the end why didnt i get the deal and was told, oh yes you can choose if you like." Dont choose who you offer a deal too."

Bought a Armani watch from them in Tweed City . Watch had a problem . Took it back to there store it was under warranty. After a week they have called me to take the watch back and said warranty repair conditions have been change . You have to claim the warranty to Armani by yourself and send the watch on your expense. My Question why would buy from their store ?if i have to claim the warranty by myself . I should buy online. First time I bought from them . Proud jewellers I use to buy never had a problem. I’m totally disappointed wasted $250
