I am disappointed with the service provided to me at Instant Windscreen. I took my car in for a windscreen chip repair and a drill was used on the windscreen and caused a large crack on either side of the chip, I was then told I would need to have the windscreen replaced. When I went for a second opinion, I was told that the chip could have been repaired easily with resin without needing a drill thus avoiding a total windscreen replacement. I am disappointed that this could have been repaired for a lower cost rather than now having to pay out for a full windscreen replacement.

I think this place is great. I appreciate their work and quick and friendly service.I got my windows tinted because my previous tint had a lot of scratches on it on my passenger window and my rear had lots of larger bubbles.However, I do worry about my back windshield having tiny bubbles after installation, but I think that may be due to the glue not drying properly because of the poor stormy weather rather than the work of the business.Overall, it’s not been experience and I would recommend.

The nice man with the dragon tattoo (sorry didn't catch your name) who manages the place helped me out a lot with the price of repairing the chip crack in my windshield.Original quote was really fair but price given after helped me so much, you guys don't know how much. Like on a pretty low income at the moment and my car is just one costly thing after another and really couldn't deal with this chip lately, such bad luck, you guys just made my day. Plus they got it done quickly in the morning on short notice and I don't have to worry about my whole windshield cracking while at work.Thank you so much!!
