The pharmacist on today was very rude, abrupt and ignorant. Terrible experience. Definitely won’t be back again.

Such a rude Pharmacist,I stood and waited while he served someone else not a problem then he looked at me and said I need to make a phone call. Didn’t even ask what I wanted which was only Panadol osteo. Another time he berated a young staff member in the middle of the store so everyone could hear. Should not work with customers.

Thank you Jody for looking after me today. She gave me a sample kit for a product and discounted another. Saved me in total around $35. What a blessing.

I have found Serge & his team at this chemist to be great, always friendly, kind , extremely helpful at all times. I will continue to always use this chemist for mine & my family’s scripts also any other products needed , also you can phone ahead to say what you need then pick up at your convenience. Thank You for great service .

An appreciative message for Hayley. Immensely knowledgeable, enthusiastic in her work, very efficient with perfumes. Helped myself and my partner pick a perfume to her taste in mere minutes (something the guy is always happy about). Quality service is hard to find these days. Well done.

Went to this chemist back in March or April and when my parents have returned just now in may they were told I left without paying for something for $12.50 which was a script. First of all this is a massive privacy breach of my personal information and without even returning to the chemist saying I need to prove I paid. I have never in my life stolen anything from anywhere and now being told this. My parents were anlso informed that they have so many new staff this happens all the time is a joke. I will never shop at your store ever again and warn people from going here that are honest and don’t want to be accused of stealing. The owner of this store needs a wake up call on obviously how to treat people.

I showed up the last minute for click and collect and they were kind enough to still serve me. I’m very grateful.

Shoutout to Nina!! Went to Priceline today and Nina was really amazing!!! she went above and beyond to Help me to find all the products that I needed and Also the pharmacist Serge was very helpful at the counter. Overall that was a very pleasant experience.!!

Really terrible customer service from the young boy at the counter today.. no “hello” , no eye contact , no “ thanks” or “ have a good day” basically mumbled “do you want a receipt” and handed the bag over without another word. Suggest training your staff to meet basic customer service standards as this was really off putting
