We used THE GROUT GUY after a plumber told us that we had grouting problems when there was a leak from an upstairs bathroom through to the ceiling below. THE GROUT GUY offered excellent service with competitive rates and quality workmanship. From Adrian who did our quotes, to the admin staff in-between, to the tiler, Brendan, who was fantastic, we were impressed with the professionalism and constant communication. Brendan is a true professional, takes pride in his work and I appreciated the advice on how to take better care of our GROUT in the future. We are very happy with the beautiful look of our new" bathroom areas and I highly recommend THE GROUT GUY! Pablo and Dion also did excellent work

Luke was very professional. He took extra care to reduce dust coverage, putting up cloths to protect my closet and cleaned up well afterwards. Most importantly, my shower looks like new.

Our shower needed regrouting on tiles and silicone to be reapplied as there was some mould build up around the base of the shower. They did an amazing job and it looks brand new now. Would highly recommend the grout guy ✅

I can’t speak for other plumbers but I love the transparency from start to finish. I received an SMS with a GPS of how far away he was from the property. He came by, shared the grout colours, I chose the colour and he got to work.I also left him alone in my home so I could do my errands. Realising the job was bigger than estimated, he got another grout expert to come by, and it all came in as part of the original quote. So no bill shock!The finishing is amazing and I’m super happy.Highly recommend them.I also love their 10 year guarantee.

Usually a bit wary of ‘chain’ maintenance companies who seem more keen on collecting money that delivering great service. The Grout Guy was exceptional. The admin was efficient and very responsive to our queries. Victor then arrived and provided a high quality job renewing and sealing our grout. Very happy with this company.
