I am extremely satisfied with the customer experience I received from the team at Camberwell Electrics.In store, Sales staff member Lillian helped me to order in the exact fridge I was after and was very kind and efficient.I was then contacted via phone by Adam who informed me the fridge had arrived and was all too happy to schedule the delivery for my day off.On the day, Steve and Bobby phoned ahead to let me know their ETA. The guys unboxed and installed my new fridge and cleaned up after themselves. They were happy and friendly and took great care to avoid scratching the walls and floors in what was quite a tight space.The fridge itself is immaculate. Sleek, shiny, and working perfectly.So happy I shopped here. I would absolutely shop here again and recommend it to anyone else!

I needed a fridge asap but the only model that fit my needs was on 6-8 week back order everywhere. All the other stores I contacted were completely unhelpful and I was getting very stressed. Finally I spoke to Leroy at Camberwell Electrics and he immediately offered a loaner fridge, which was delivered promptly the next day. It did the job to tide me over and when my proper fridge arrived they arranged the swap seamlessly.I would definitely recommend them, they have a competitive prices, efficient service, and staff that genuinely want to help their customers.

Had to buy a fridge for my Mum who had called multiple retailers who all told her they couldnt help for a couple of months. I immediately called Camberwell Electrics, as I always find them a much more helpful, local brand. Maria answered my call and we have a fridge coming this week! She was so understanding and went out of her way to check stock and ensure we could get a fridge ASAP. Thanks Maria!
