I have a 2014 Ford mondeo the gearbox needed to be done in is so I sent to to borgs auto from Tasmania got a quote for a rebuild $3300 paid to got it done when I got it back it lasted about one month and reverse went in it Took it to another mechanic in Tasmania and they said it was fork A and B they are stuck.I called borgs and asked for the mechanic that worked on it I asked him if he knew anything about it but he was very defensive and said it’s not his problem when I have the receipt to Prove I sent it there so now I have to do it all over again very disappointed

I rang these guys for a refurbished power steering pump and was quoted $250. I purchased one for $75 from gumtree but I was sold the wrong type. When I rang these guys to explain the situation I was met with rude staff with an attitude problem with comments such as mate you should've came here first...now it's too late".I decided to refurbish my leaking one with a $30 re seal kit and installed it back on... and now no more leaks...and there was not much to do the whole process.Even the engineers who have invented these power steering systems from scratch are more humble then these "Mr. We Know It All guys"."

Great work, informative and helpful at every stage and fairly priced, they diagnose a problem and repaired the gearbox that is the first gear needed to be replaced for a Jeep manual transmission, I would use them again.
