Been a client for over 6 years at Silk Prospect and I have never been disappointed! Exceptional customer service, spotless clinic, highest standard of hygiene and genuinely a very friendly and professional business.Recently had Luscious Lips treatment for the first time and I was so nervous, very anxious. SILK Laser Clinics Prospect
I have been going to Silk Prospect for quite a while now using various treatment and services. I used to be so uncomfortable going to salons but since going here, I have felt much more relaxed and at ease. Cher and Dani are both friendly, caring and kind natured and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have always received excellent customer service here and have recommended them to a few people I know who are also impressed with the service. Highly recommend Silk Prospect to anyone.

Deb at the Prospect SILK laser Clinic is by far the most amazing beautician I have ever had. She is attentive to detail and genuinely wants to make sure you look and feel your best. I adore her work so much that I travelled interstate to see her when I was living away. She is always careful, thorough and gentle. I cannot recommend her enough. She definitely is an asset to any clinic she works at and I am so thankful to have found her.

Absolutely a horrible place. They make you waste your money. They say your sessions are expired and that’s all they do. All the money you spend goes to waste on ‘expired session’.I understand that but it was never made clear to me when I bough my sessions. Hence, why I was unaware there was an expiration date. So if anyone plans of using this clinic please think twice.

I’ve been visiting Silk Laser in Prospect for many years and Cher is just amazing. She’s so knowledgeable, friendly and I always feel completely comfortable during treatments. I especially like the fact she doesn’t try to over sell or push treatments as so many skin specialists do. All staff are well trained and welcoming, making the visits enjoyable. Highly recommend this clinic :)

Recently visited Silk Prospect and had a laser treatment performed by Katherine. She was absolutely fantastic, explained the process step by step throughout the appointment and checked in regularly to ensure I was happy and comfortable. Not the first treatment I have had at Silk, but by far the best. I highly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Silk Laser at Prospect enough! From the moment I walk in, I am made to feel very comfortable by the lovely staff. They have also recently moved to a beautiful new clinic! I have had laser treatments, skin treatments and injectables here. My technician is Deb and she is the best! I feel so comfortable with her and her warm, friendly and caring nature puts me at ease. She has excellent attention to detail and I am thrilled at the results from all of my treatments. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone and I am excited to continue my treatment journey here!

My session was with Kat, I was extremely nervous before my appointment but once I was there Kat made me feel so welcome and didn’t make me feel nervous or embarrassed at all. She was very re-assuring and kept asking about my pain level and made sure not to hurt me. The clinic is very clean & organised. All of the staff are friendly and the services are well priced. I highly recommend their services & look forward to continuing my laser journey there. Thanks

The reason I come to this particular clinic is due to the wonderful services and treatment results I have from the nurses. I was hesitant returning after finding out nurse Danni have left but the new nurse Carina was amazing. I love her personality, honesty and she is very professional and good at what she does. I will definitely come back to see her again.
