I had the medical procedure and was feeling quiet unwell afterwards due to a reaction to the medication that was given for the Test. Diana the receptionist gave me outstanding care and called the GP on site to review and even did a follow up call later that afternoon to see how i was going. Thank you Diana you are an asset to your employer

The staff were friendly enough and I was able to get an appointment at a time that suited me but a week later my results still hadn't been sent to my GP which was very frustrating.

IMI are the best ever in every medical scans, delicate spinal injections, guided by CT scan. The staff are what makes IMI so truly wonderful. The staff, I actually regard as family, Jan who has left was so close to me, kind, compassionate. But other staff, like Robert a Radiographer, calm, gentle and kind, Dr Lowenstein all of the above. Finally, the front line staff are just so kind, caring and really consider every patient. Thank you so much.

Terrible information on form on how to get to them. A big sign put on the way coming from crown street. Down into the base level. Should show the car park on Gladstone Street can get you there easier. When told them to hard to find the secretary said really. They forget they go to it everydayAs usual they don't care.

One star is beyond generous for this medical centre, sad to say but the receptionist with short blonde hair was so rude and arrogant I was embarrassed when I waited at the desk to check my daughter in, she spoke to me as if I was a child.No empathy for someone especially a child feeling unwell!

Wonderful and kind staff. I called on a Friday morning for a scan which they booked for later that day and received the results on Monday. Parking at the door was great! Very pleasant staff who made sure I was comfortable before and during my MRI. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a scan this morning 28/4 and was really impressed by the kindness and courtesy of the staff. I accidentally left my referral at home and the reception lady was lovely (unfortunately can’t remember her name) - she called my doctor for me and had a new referral sent through promptly. I haven’t been met with such welcoming and lovely reception staff in a long time. The male sonographer was very respectful and made me feel comfortable with him. Overall very happy with the service provided.
