Chris Liu Real Estate (Tara) have recently taken over our rental property. We've had issues with getting maintenance done over the past 12 months and been told it was the owner holding things up, but in less than two weeks we've had a plumber out and emails from a builder confirming that they've been contacted and will organise to come out asap.
