Princebuild Pty Ltd built our new stair case and new lift shaft and did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. Jake (the owner) is very knowledgeable in building works and his whole team were great to work with, and were very professional. There were several trades involved including carpenters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, steelworkers, concreters, painters and engineers in the overall construction. Jake made sure the work was built to a very high standard and all trades were supervised and coordinated so that there were no delays enabling the work to be kept flowing so that it was completed in a timely manner.They are not only very professional at what they do but also are reliable, dependable and fair priced and they complied with our budget … they exceeded my expectations!Both Rose and I are very pleased with the end result and we take the opportunity to thank Team Princebuild for an exceptional job and we have no hesitation in recommending Jake (Princebuild) to our family and friends for ANY residential building work.Well done!!John and Rose Scip

Jake rebuilt by back deck and built new stairs for me, as well as some minor kitchen renovations in January 2019. I was very happy with the quality of the work. I also had to call on Jake for some roof repairs after a major hail storm in 2020 and was very happy with his attention to detail in matching in the roofing sheets. I would highly recommend Jake.

I had severe roof damage from a storm resulting in a large portion of my ceiling caving in. Jake from princebuild was able to get me a fair quote and get to work fast. Many major repairs were made inside and out and everything ended up looking great. I can highly recommend him!
