Useless staff members, messy old fashion gym, and expensive than others.

My wife is in hospital and is just out of intensive care. She called your Northmead Gym today to ask for a two week pause on her monthly payments. We have been members for many years. The lady she spoke to said she would have to come in to sign a form to do this. If this is your policy, I suggest that you change it.

Small plus fitness but if you go at the right time you should be fine. Very large studio there for classes and there is plenty of parking. Squash courts and pool next door as well.

What an amazing club, great instructor lead classes, has creche which is rare at a gym these days, awesome facilities and great staff, its cheap too, only $16.95, free time hold, free fitness assessments, no lock in contract so cancel anytime, and the beauty is, join one club have access to over 180 clubs throughout Australia and New Zealand. Perfecto!!!

Great plus fitness gym!In an odd location off Windsor Road. The carpark is in a driveway off Windamere road. The equipment is new and there is a large room dedicated for classes with a full timetable.Would be even better with more elliptical machined and dedicated squat rack

A good gym for basic work outs and a few good group classes.The facilities are quite old and basic, and when there is heavy rain the roof leaks in the class room and in the stairway - which are definite hazards! This will often go on for weeks if rain persists. The bathrooms are not great either and only one shower.That said, fees are fairly cheap & no lock in contract, so you get what you pay for. I've been happy enough going here most of the time.

This is a decent gym with free group classes almost everyday. But the machines are really old and rusty. They only have one straight bench press. Not many benches at all.

Very old equipment, dust is everywhere, no obligation to use towels, toilets are always filthy.It is totally wasting money, during your training there is no one to instruct you.Trainers in group classes do not care about proper warm up and cool down, they cause injuries with lack of knowledge. Manager is so rude and not helpful.

Crystal from plus fitness was so wonderful and helpful to deal with. She has the sweetest personality and creates a lovely vibe! hope to bump into her often.

This can be a bit frustrating for people who like to work out in peace and quiet.The staff at the gym is nice and helpful, but canceling your membership can be a bit of a pain. They are very strict about the contract terms, and it can take a while for them to process your request. Additionally, they are not very prompt in replying to emails, which can be frustrating.Overall, the gym is a nice place to work out, and the equipment is fair enough. One of the best things about the gym is that there is a swimming pool next door, which is great for cooling down after a tough workout. If you're someone who likes to work out alone and without interruptions, then this gym could be a great fit for you.
