Terrible customer service, I feel like they don’t take feedback seriously and staff was on their phone during massage. The whole building stinks like mould and the massage wasn’t good at all. Would not recommend.

I’ve been to paradise day spa a few times now and absolutely love the vibe! So different to any day spa I’ve even seen advertised before. I always book with Sara and leave feeling so refreshed!

I went in to make a booking told could not get in . Price was more than what it was on website. I was not impressed by person at reception at all.Day Spay looks alot better in TV add than what it does in reality . Sorry but I will go elsewhere.

I got a gift voucher for Christmas and finally booked my appointment. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and in a peaceful place. The massage by Sara was heavenly and I felt uplifted and renewed.This is a hidden gem in BunburyThankyou!
