Next level service with next level produce. We make an annual journey to Hawksey each for Xmas in July and it is always invariably fueled by the amazing products that come from this butcher shop. Nothing is too difficult for Troy and his team. Our most recent Pork Loin was rolled and tied by Troy and was nothing less an exquisite art. Additionally, the Viking steaks from here are almost beyond comprehension. I guess that is to be expected when you are dealing with the finest produce delivered in the best possible way.
