Easily the best gym around. Great price, full spectrum of classes (boxing, bjj, mma, fitness etc), the highest quality trainers, complete weight section, incredibly welcoming atmosphere. I've been to plenty of gyms - this one is the best around. Also has a really handy app for class times etc. Give this place a try, you'll be hooked.

I've known Seb for a while now and can't believe I didn't come check out the gym earlier! Incredible coaches with lots of experience and knowledge providing a safe, fun yet challenging environment. The gym itself is immaculate with great equipment in a prime location. If you're in the corporate world, university student or live in the city- I urge you to come checkout Pound-It!Not only is the value for money incredible but you're getting stacks of classes bound to suit whatever schedule you have.Oos!

Highly technical training, friendly atmosphere, really nice weights equipment and lighting.Has heavy bags hanging next to window with nice views onto Ann Street and proper boxing ring and MMA mats for real fun.
