Last time I try and support local businesses, bought a Davey pump here a while ago for a rain water tank and went back to buy a second one the same as the first purchase for another rainwater tank, and $200 dearer, $840, came home did a Google search and picked up the very same pump for $640, original was $600 and I'm on a pension, I've dealt here a fair bit in the past but I'm not here to be ripped off, A $200 INCREASE

The whole team were exceptional, office and counter staff, a most pleasant experience and very respectful, know their stuff! I spoke on the phone several times and was stepped thru exactly what I needed, nothing was too much trouble, I was saved time, and money!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business ⭐️

Their after sales service is appalling. Our system was never set up properly and we are constantly losing patches of lawn where the sprinklers don’t pop up. Each time they’ve visited they have found valid faults and supposedly repaired them but it doesn’t last. Now despite phoning them and leaving countless messages I’ve decided to go elsewhere for my after sales service. The operations manager pretended he had bad service and hung up on me over a week ago and I’ve never heard back. The service manager is in a meeting whenever I call. I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact I’d advise you not to use them if you want a functioning system and an organisation that offers a good after sales service.

Our system has stopped working and as they installed it we rang them with a view of having them fix it. After 3 calls, no one has called us back, so we have now gone to another company.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and appear to enjoy totally meeting customers' needs.

Customer service is spot on. Very helpful and provide the advice required to get the job done correctly.

Returned water pump under warranty.Replaced with brand new unit with full 2 year warranty. Very, very happy.
