Bakers Cottage Cafe
Used to have very good pies a few years ago. Now lots of gravy and not many chunks, kinda average. Not sure what happened.

Honestly the 5 stars is literally all just for the single awesome drive through gal we had 15 minutes to close Thursday night. So dang friendly, and when I asked what pies they had, she listed every single one off the top of her head. Asked what was in some of them, again she used all that brain juice and told me! I asked about the desserts and would you know it, she listed them like a champ. Best customer service, massive brain. Thanks for being awesome Amelia!Also the works pie and passion fruit tart was pretty good too 8.5/10 would recommend

Customer service was pretty average.Pepper steak pies and sausage rolls were nothing to rave about and probably wouldn't buy again. Seems pies have more gravy then anything else and the sausage roll filling seemed to have shrunk considerably inside the pastry.

We came in to get takeaway. I got the beef, bacon, and cheese and it was delicious. The pie stayed intact while eating even though it was generously filled.

Just so so amazing to get great service. Friendly employees who represent themselves & the business with pride. Exactly what you want in their greeting & preparation of goods, but exceed expectations in friendliness!Defs recommend the cheese & salad sandwich!

Disgusting and over priced. I literally hurt my teeth on the pastry - hard, over cooked and old. The ratio of meat to thicken sauce was poor. Would never return!

I came here for a coffee and lemon meringue tart. Both were great-tasting and highly recommended.The tables were a little unkept otherwise it was worth the visit.

Went through the drive through and brought 3 cheese and bacon pies, the pies were absolutely disgusting. Dry crusty pastry, more gravy than meat. We ate half and through the other half in the bin.The lad serving also was not friendly

I love their sausage rolls, they are super expensive though, happy to pay for a good one though. In saying this, the last 3 times I have gone there to get one or two, they have not had any, at all, nothing! Don’t know how they call themselves a bakery. Constant disappointment!
