It’s not really the best, chicken real dry with overly thick breading and chips also are a little bland I think cause there was only one dude doing everything aswell. But real good customer service

I would like to point out that Brodies hot chips are no longer GF ( gluten free) we use to eat here all the time all because at one stage their chips were GF!! Sadly tonight I ordered a shyte load of chips thinking they were GF and found out they were beer batted!! No mention of it on their menu board or website just decided to change the chips and stuff all the celiacs out there!! POV: celiac is not a choice of life style we can get very sick from eating GLUTEN you need to Specify if you are changing the chips on your menu and website to prevent people from getting sick!! Just wasted 24 bucks

The food was wonderful, but the place felt like it was understaffed and struggling to handle both drive through, delivery, and in-store orders. Loved the tenders, and the chips were very well seasoned, but unfortunately did not get everything we ordered as they forgot a burger. Otherwise it was a fairly pleasant experience.

I know there's a potato shortage but the chips were so bad our last visit. Skinny soggy and not much flavour. Nothing like they used to be.

I'd give a lower rating if I could.I can handle the 2 clearly under-age children working there with no idea and substandard communication skills, andI understand the knock off, reject shop brand drinks not sourced through the franchise,But $22 for a large burger chips and drink meal is criminal.I could get a sit down meal at both my local pub or Cafe for less.I urge anyone looking for a quick takeaway meal for their family while on the road to go elsewhere. You will get far better value for money and KFC or Red Rooster.

These guys are always great, the owner and staff take amazing care of the food they make. My fiancé and I have been coming here as our regular and we won’t be stopping anytime soon. The owner is beautifully generous to everyone I have seen.If you have not yet tried them, the lower rating does not make a good indication on our experiences and we get it atleast twice a week.I appreciate all the staff here at brodies Murrumba downs and we will continue to come and support this local business.Liam & Lana ❤️

Food surprisingly good here. Chicken is moist and I haven't gotten sick. Buns are good and no complaints so far about soggy salad. Good work, keep it up.

Absolutely love this place! Usually very clean, amazingly sweet and helpful staff members who deliver great service, hot, delicious food, perfect for a lazy dinner night or just a nice treat for the kids and I. Also, there's always some nice tunes playing in the store, which is really nice to listen to while waiting in line or for the food to be prepared. Inexpensive and high quality food, especially compared to competitors like McDonalds. Honestly, the staff treat us as family in their store, so polite and friendly, always happy to come help us out, serve us,etc. Every time I’ve ordered a DineIn here, the wonderful staff always deliver the food right to my table, instead of mindlessly calling out the order. My only advice would be to add some kind of child-friendly activity like a kids tv show or a small play area just so the kids don’t get bored or fussy haha! Highly recommend!!

Child size chips was disappointing for a regular meal which came with a tub of gravy that was 75% full when i was done, stingy. Tables all needed a wipe down.
