Be wary of going here for a repair. Within 2 months had to go back and fix their repair twice. Third time around he tried to convince me the fault was due to a fall. Apple confirmed it was done by a dodgy technician who didn’t screw parts in properly and as a result the phone was falling apart. Refuse to let them touch phone again and went and paid for another repair done right this time.

Had my screen replaced on my Samsung s21. They used a genuine Samsung replacement screen and they were atleast $150 cheaper than any other phone repair shop I got quotes from and they did the repair in under 45mins. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on!

Friendly owner, he kept a part for me for over 6 months during covid and I simply showed up one day and he finished the repair in the spot. In and out in 30 minutes.Thank you again for great service

I was left high and dry by another mobile repair place at Westfield. I was given the run around for nearly 10 days waiting for a charging port for my iPad. So I picked up my iPad and went straight to Topline mobile after chatting with a gentleman on the phone. They told me that they would prioritise my repair to help me out as I needed the iPad for work. In less than 48 hours the iPad was fixed and back with me. Thanks for the great service.

Topline mobiles I would like to bring to your attention the courteous and efficient service rendered to me by your staff Amanda who went to great lengths in transferring informations from a most difficult phone to a new one that I purchased from her I have never seen such a great attention from many any Mobile staff that I never been before. Great service, great price, very quick and efficient repair

B I T C HThe frizzy headed old lady with the fake Versace shirt today was so rude! Wanted my screen cover replaced and had a lovely young man helping me out. She walked in and said something (assuming she was talking to her colleague) and then she looked at me filthily. I asked whether she was talking to me and she said she was trying to serve me (when walked past I am assuming). I apologised and advised I thought she was talking to her colleague and that I’m all good. I’m getting the repair done now. She took over from this young guy and put bubbles in my cover twice.As she walked out of the store, she barged into my 10 year old standing there and my husband observed her walking away after throwing her tantrum, rolling her eyes and shaking her head because she couldn’t put a screen cover on my phone without all the bubbles. There was no apology to my daughter for assaulting her.Poor young dude working with her.. he even agreed she had an attitude problem and couldn’t stop apologising to me on her behalf.Go elsewhere.

The film they sear via computer laser onto your mobile is super tactile and long lasting. The customer service rep lady was great. Not like the stick-on ones you get from the other shops.
