Absolutely love being a member of FitStop Murrumba Downs. The best coaches and a super supportive community. I have been a member of plenty of gyms over the years and definitely rate this as my favourite!

Fitstop Murrumba Downs
I signed on as they initially opened up.I have been too many gyms and the atmosphere here is different.The culture created by Paul & the coaches is amazing.In each session, the members rally around and push each other just as much as the coaches. Each session is buzzing with energy.If you are a seasoned veteran or someone just starting on your journey, these guys will look after you!

I joined Fitstop Murrumba Downs when they opened last year. It's been so good for my mental and physical health. The location is great, the staff are super supportive and they challenge me to reach my goals and come out of my comfort zone. All the members are super encouraging and its a really great atmosphere.

Awesome community vibe, energetic trainers and banter to match. This club has livened up a quiet shopping centre and is in a well suited location for your route to work and from work. Thoroughly enjoying my time and have made a good network of friends, highly recommend. As a dad of 2 kids under 5, the training is exactly what I need to manage a work-life balance. Cheers Paul and the gang, I can't wait to see what the future holds.

I joined FSMD when it first opened and have enjoyed being part of such a great community. Paul, the coaches and members make you feel welcome when you enter each session and always encourage you to hit your goals and targets. Definitely the best gym I have been to!

Fitstop Murrumba Downs was like a second home filled with beautiful family. Paul and his team have created such a beautiful and encouraging environment that when you walk in you feel at ease and super motivated to get your workout done. It’s a high vibe gym filled with encouraging members, knowledgeable staff and a warm inviting atmosphere. If I move back to the area I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Paul, Steph, Batesy & T for an incredible time at FSMD! I will miss you all! X

Having tried many other gyms in my life and more recently f45 I have found the programing at fitstop hands down better for my body and aging joints.The actual club itself is awesome with encouraging trainers and Paul the owner is a legend who really cares about each member.

Fantastic gym and community - been a member since they opened and have not looked back. Friendly and very helpful coaches always ready to offer support when needed. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a group training environment that will challenge but also push you!

Paul is one of the nicest people/owners you will ever meet. He will always have your back and no issue is too big to discuss with him. Then you have his team. The coaches at MD Fitstop are amazing. The facilities are well kept and looked after. An amazing community spirit and you are made to feel apart of the Fitstop family. Highly recommend.

Fitstop Murrumba Downs is truly such a wonderful community, and can’t recommend this gym highly enough. The atmosphere co-created by the coaches is uplifting, energising, and incredibly supportive for all. The crèche space provided eases so much stress knowing your little ones are catered for, and am truly grateful for the extra support to allow a mum to exercise - this is absolutely priceless. Returning to consistent exercise has been so rewarding, and am truly grateful to be a part of this community! Thank you Fitstop Murrumba Downs.
