Magic spot for a night or longer. Camp hosts on site -were very welcoming. Tubs and streams are so warm and relaxing. Facilities are good for a bush camp. Hot showers and some flushing toilets. We visited in June and enjoyed starting a frosty morning with a hot tub.

Charlotte Plains is a great spot to rest and chill out after a long trip. We were welcomed by the new Host and she gave us all the info we needed. We were lucky to have the old host still on board and she was able to give me a great massage and fix many problems. I feel great! We had entertainment on both nights , Evan sang us some great song beside a beautiful campfire. On the last night, the owner, Robyn came over and thanked Evan and welcomed all of us. A great Lady who runs a great Station and Campsite. Oops nearly forgot the main draw card, the bathtubs you fill from the bore, nice and hot after a massage, or a soak before bed. Loved the whole thing.

We had an incredible stay at the unpowered bore campsite. We arrived late at night but the area is lit up so beautifully, we could see exactly where to go. The instructions are very clear and reliable. There are flush loos, undercover and open seating/tables and a camp kitchen for cleaning, which are much appreciated. The baths are very well set up. There’s an area with 4 baths for groups, and two areas with 2 baths - one has been set up a little bit away for maximum quiet and privacy. The baths fill up quickly, and there are a few outdoor showers as well. The view of the sunrise and sunset are stunning!! The water is about 42degrees and the breeze is beautiful. There’s also a pool with a little deck built to the side.We slept with the fly off our tent for a stunning sleep under the stars, and were visited by a few curious cows in the morning. There’s fire pits available and a lot of open space to set up.We were very lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, and will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful oasis in the Queensland Outback. My husband, 15yr old son and myself spent two wonderful days/nights in our caravan, soaking in the baths, swimming in the warm creek, enjoying family time around the fire and endless star gazing! Highly recommend Charlotte Plains to anyone of any age.

What an amazing experience. Loved the camping area, the quirky bath tubs which really add to the feel of the place. Highly recommend the private bath and the farm tour. Robin was very interesting and had some wonderful stories about her life on the property. Ticked off my bucket list

What a great little spot!!The options to have a quiet soak are a real gem, with baths scattered along the edge of the water or choose to join others at the main watering hole. It was quite busy when we were there however the area is so big that you don't really notice others.Amenities were clean.Bonus, we had evening entertainment this week. Sitting in the hotbaths, having refreshments and listening to music. We loved everything about our stay.We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay which was marred by poor weather. Still, rain was no reason to stay out of the lovely warm water. It just made drying towels and bathers impossible. I was only there for 2 nights - and my leaving day dawned a beautiful crystalline blue. So I packed up, then went for a last dip before heading out. I'll be back but hopefully when its a little quieter since my visit on this occasion was just before the 100 year ownership party. Having good coffee from the van for brekkie made up for a lot!
