I do like their product, but lot of the times I buy a product online and they text me saying they don't have stock.It's disappointing to see you don't update your online store - even if you realise you don't have stock. It's very misleading for customers.

Ive never wrote a review for anything in my life but after receiving my package, I just knew that I had to. Seriously though, they gave me my product in such a beautiful packaging that it just put a smile onto my face, along with giving me small samples which I didnt even ask for but got anyways because of how generous this business is. They gave me small packets of sunscreen, a moisturizer, hand cream and retinol which is far too generous if you ask me. I seriously love the packaging and the samples that came with it. Haven't tried my cleanser yet but doesn't matter, the packaging is enough to put a smile on your face

They don't update their online store. Always asking to swap the product you ordered online into something else, especially if these are those less expensive products. However, if you order expensive ones, it will arrive without question. Also, I recently order something from them and received a notification that an order is on it's way last May 22. However, when I checked the link, they haven't actually scanned the parcel yet and only sent it on May 25 (yesterday). Now I will not receive it until Monday. And I'm leaving overseas tomorrow and will not be back for 5 weeks, such a waste!

Couldn’t be happier with the New Face team. They’re super helpful and provide prompt, attentive service. My parcel arrived super quickly, was beautifully and well packaged with all plastic free materials, to ensure nothing was damaged in transit. All the products I purchased are beautifully quality and lovely to use. I’ll certainly be a returning customer.
