After getting a estimate of at least a $2.800 return on my tax I received a bill for $11,800. They were totally in receipt of my tax information for at least the last 5 years (I was with an accounting firm that they swallowed up). Getting clarification has been extremely difficult and I just got confirmation that they do not want to meet with me face to face. I tried to get his tax through when I was 1700 km away dealing with a 100 year old Aunty that was very dear to me and my responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone. Hey only have one star because it will not let me post it with none.
