Been using flight Centre Ballina for 5 years great service by all the girls especially Lucy who always gets me what I want. I recommend them for all your holiday and travel needs. 10 out of 10 to Lucy and the girls you are worth more money. Cheers !!!

Went into this store to book a trip for my friend and I and needed some help to start organising the flights and accommodation. Unfortunately we dealt with a lady by the name of Simone and I can confidently say that I will not go back to Flight Centre in Ballina. From the get go she was unpleasant and unwilling to give us any sort of information involving our trip which put me in a very awkward position as I just wanted to leave as soon as I sat down. The whole time she looked as though she would rather be somewhere else and wasn't giving us a straight answer to any of the queries we had.

I am so disappointed with the way I was spoken to this morning by one of the senior workers Nicky. I was treated with such non importance, disrespect & haste... I needed to change my flights & was completely rushed throughout the process. I was told I would receive a call back from her last week & she never called, so I rang first thing in the morning & it seemed as though she didn't want to speak with me & that I was a big inconvenience to the beginning of her day. Her words were something like 'I have something much more urgent than this to get to so let's book this so I can go...' leaving me feeling so disheartened that I have gone through Flight Centre to book my flights. Many of us are doing our best to save money during these trying times so during these moments of change and extra expenses it is paramount we are given the time to think things through, which I definitely did not receive. I will never book my flights with Flight Centre Ballina ever again. VERY disappointed.

Matt at Ballina flight centre is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He is good at returning calls and replying to emails.

Dealing with flight centre overall was a bad travel experience not just ballina

After 15 months of no communication with well over $6000 of air fares not being returned., credited or followed up. The best response Paige could come up with was “we are just a broker and don’t make the rules”. What was the point of using them in the first place, none. We have used many different travel companies in the past with a much more professional response that look after there customers.

Considering the stress travel agents are under at the present time, being inundated with refund requests and I’m sure receiving a lot of negative feedback I would like to thank Nicky O’Rafferty for her professional, friendly and responsive service over the past few months.My husband and I had booked several things through Flight Centre Ballina for a two month European holiday prior to COVID, Nicky has done everything in her power to ensure we have received as many refunds as possible, thinking outside the box to come up with different options.I would highly recommend Nicky in the future when everything settles down to book your next holiday. Thankyou Nicky
