Absolutely amazing team who were very quick (2 hours for complete replacement of front windscreen with sensor technology, etc) and also accommodated my 'work from home' situation by directing me upstairs to vacant desks. Easy place to find via Google Maps, and I highly recommend it.

O'Briens fitted me in at the last minute for a chipped windscreen. I called in at 9pm the previous evening (24 hour phone line) and was booked in at the closest one to me with availability the next mooring.Tina welcomed me and promised to do the best O'Briens could but informed me of the risks (windscreen replacement). Within an hour they were done and I was away.Tina at Virginia O'Briens, you and your team are superstars. Thank you!

My experience with this company has been as far from five stars as possible. 5 minutes prior to my appointment I get a call telling me my rear window screen cannot be fitted and the earliest appointment I can be given is for a week from now! The person on the other line failed to even listen let alone understand what implications this has on our daily lives. Arrogant, to the point of dismissive. No empathy for the customer and no will to help a customer. I am told I’ll receive a call back in a couple of hours to see if someone can come in after hours to fix this. Let’s see if they can turn this review around.

Great service and on time delivery .Had appointment to replace my front windscreen and it was all automated and hassle free.I was also personally happy to see quiet and dedicated space for work while we wait for the glass to be fixed . Very thoughtful!!!Thankyou Team O'Brien !!

I have no idea how this place stays in business. From the time we advised of our cracked windscreen and paid our insurance excess it took this company more than 2 weeks to order our glass. Six weeks later they advise they have the glass, twice they’ve made & confirmed appointments for fitting, twice we’ve attended and twice they’ve turned us away because they never actually had the glass at all. Two & a half months later we still have a VERY cracked windscreen and no guarantee when it will be replaced.

Drop-in customer for chip repair. Receptionist was thorough and explained the process clearly. Was taken into their small but equipped service lounge. Technician was extremely helpful, informative, up-front, and explained the risks and what the expect (lucky the chip wasn't too bad). Amazing customer service overall and would recommend to others.

Today I received the best possible outcome for my chipped small crack in window that was possible . Everything explained in detail, firm quote along with hot coffee to my liking. During my stay I witness a well run business with active neatly attired staff diligently going about their work. Pleasant office staff and management. WOW.....!!

Great service, lovely staff, good quality job. They even had a really nice waiting area where I could continue to work online while they did the job. Could probably get it a little bit cheaper elsewhere, but seems worth it to me.
