We had many ideas and thoughts on but cant decide on a specific piece of land, the sales lady (sorry was it Maddy or Ronda?) has been very friendly and helpful in giving us some advice. Working through it, might wait for more lots to come out then decide...

Good service,location andPrice for land. Wish they would work on stage 2 separately from stage 3 as now everyone who has purchased a block on stage 2 have to wait an extra year before they get titled.Now for people who were ready to build at the original title dates such as myself have to pay a builder holding fee.Which only benefits stage 3 occupants and the loosers are the people who have bought in stage 2.
