I cannot speak more highly of qsolar. I had a difficult off-grid solar installation I needed help with. Quentin at qsolar broke down the equipment and costs for me and helped me understand exactly what I would need to get the job done. He was very easy to work with and completely transparent throughout the process. I am very grateful for all of his help. If you want solar for any type of vehicle/vessel I would not hesitate to call qsolar.

After getting the run around from two solar installers quoting and promising a product and then once a deposit is paid suddenly there is no stock available. So I decided to ring Qcells to inquire about stock levels and their premium product to only find out as another reviewer. Nobody answered the phone after going through option 1,2,3. I was prompted to leave a message. Im glad I rang can you imagine trying to claim their twenty-year warranty ?. buyer beware !

Unhelpful in assisting with replacing a couple of panels under warranty

I was just about to proceed with a quote and decided to phone Q Cells with a couple of technical questions. Nobody answered the phone after going through option 1,2,3. Then recorded message told me the phone number was no longer in use and had been disconnected". I tried again to Tech support (selecting option 1this time (as a dealer/partner) and got the same response. Beware !"

I have to say we put on Q-Cell duo G10+And are over the moon with the service, warranty and performance of the panels.I read these reports on here with one star and I suspect that those are the rantings of a disgruntled installer who may not be allowed to join as a preferred partner.I asked my installer and they told me that in order for them to be partners with Q-cells they had to be extensively vetted by Q-Cells to ensure their good reputation was not tarnished by incompetent installers . Upon hearing this I was filled with confidence and made a decision to be part of the Q-cell family.Their hail resistance to panel and solar cell damage is beyond compare with other Chinese built panels and their independent rating for quality on Solar Quotes is top tierIf you really are looking for a great solar panel with great in built technology then look at the Q-Cell Duo range and importantly , do as I did and partner with a REPUTABLE solar company that advertises Q-Cells.And then unlike Peter below you wont have issues with stock, issues with someone answering the phone or issues with their genuine 25 year warranty, there is a reason these companies get their installers, so that hard working customers like us get the service we expect from high quality products.After hearing these fictitious 1 star reviews I just felt I had to go into bat for Q-cells.Really 1 star …. That alone should raise a flag.Seriously folks you wont do better than Q-Cells

I would like to express gratitude and appreciation to Jo Martin for her prompt and thorough response to my query, sent through their website at night. I had concerns after discovering a few scratched panels shortly after installation. When I requested the installer for replacement, it was rejected on the basis that some scratches can be potentially buffed away. I received her email the following morning. Her detailed and thorough information (including references to the warranty, installation manual, etc.) enabled a full replacement of the defective panels. As I have not been receiving accurate information from the installer, I contacted Jo after the replacement to verify new information. Again, I received an immediate response. I have to highlight that the information presented in both emails are written in a thorough, concise and logical manner, which can be easily digested and understood. She has recorded my concerns on the system. Thank you Jo for your help and wonderful support to alleviate my stress in dealing with this issue.

Warranty claim is ongoing and so far the response hasn't been particularly helpful. 25 year product warranty and the panel has failed within 12 months. Our customer is still without replacement panel.
