Unprofessional and unreliable practice. Go somewhere else even if it means a longer drive. Took my dad here for scan appointment in the morning. Was told to rebook for afternoon as we were only 5min late and the Sonographer left already. I didn’t know people do Siestas here.

Terrible experience, when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist did not mention anything about arrival 10 mins earlier. And when I arrived, they told me I was late (didn’t arrive 10 mins earlier) hence unable to do the scan for me. Ridiculous!

Very bad experiences with one of the sonographers there. A mid age Arab looks woman who is rude, arrogant and aggressive. She had a very bad attitude just because I finished the form at the same time when she called my name and wanted me to do the ultrasound. She thought I wasted her time on the form even though I was on time for the appointment.She probably has a strong professional knowledge. But she definitely needs to improve her manners.

Terrible experience. I arrived 10 minutes earlier to fill out the form. 2 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist started to rush me and blame me I was late. One minute before my appointment, when I entered the scan room, the staff was impatient and said I was too late. Once I lay down, my pick-up kids' 2:30pm alarm started to ring. And 2:30pm was my appointment time. How come I was late? The staff was very insulting and did not let me turn off the alarm. Unprofessional medical care manner, disrespectful communication. A nightmare! Zero Score

Horrible customer service. Called to make an appointment for my daughter and asked if she was fasting and I said no, straight away the lady on the other hand with a strong accent said we can not do it here today and gave me a long list of other providers and before even I ask for next available appointments, she hung up on me. So rude and arrogant. Staffs needs to be trained on customer service big time.

The service for Me was good. They allowed me to push my appointment back 10-15mins because i was late. The ultrasounds are also free lol. The only thing i wish they let me know is if i would like to see the baby on the screen during the ultrasound. I couldn't see but i also have a voice to ask. Not hard. The only real problem is that its far away from where i stay. Even then, its not their problem.

Very disappointed with the communication with staff over the phone and staff taking appointments. I've booked for 2x different ultrasounds, one after another, as it was requested on my referral note (specified the details over the phone). Only to be told on the ultrasound table by staff that she can only do 1 examination and that I would need to book the other the following day because they're were all booked out . The receptionist did not specifiy this information when when I had arrived. Very disappointed as my referral stated my severe pain, hence the booking for both ultrasounds to be done on the same day.

I had two ultrasound examinations here recently, the sonographers: Wei and Moonira are both very professional, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this place and if I need any examinations in future, I will definitely come back.
