We engaged Courtney Lockett recently to administer our parents Estate..Courtney has been wonderful-she is professional, friendly and efficient and my Sister and I cannot recommend her highly enough…Leigh and Nicky Marsten.

Courtney was able to settle two properties (both sales & purchases conveyancing) with professionalism & a straight forward approach. She never spoke over my head & ensured I understood every aspect of the agreement. She will forever be my go to lawyer now. I have since recommended friends getting divorced to the practise & they too are feeling so well looked after. Can’t recommend highly enough!

If I could give a zero star I would. Very unprofessional firm using dirty bait and switch marketing tactics. Provide a quote for conveyancing then add $200 worth of unjustifiable fees to a very basic conveyance of a residential property. When I raised the query I was provided with a justification for the additional charge which was proven to have not been carried out by the paralegal and so a different justification was given for the additional charge. Highly unprofessional outfit. You cant even call any of their offices at all. All three office numbers are diverted to the message bank of a lady name Kate. It simply says Hi you have reached Kate.... " I am now highly doubtful the three offices claimed on their website even exist. Why would none of them have a working telephone? I was provided a copy of the Queensland law society register showing two of the staff are on the QLD law society register. How can you have 3 offices and only two lawyers? Instead of trying to resolve my complaints
