There’s a current class action against BCG. A quick google will give you all the details - I won’t say any more as apparently the only contact BCG employees seem to make to their clients are to threaten legal action for defamation.The same people who are already paying tens of thousands extra in mortgages and rents because of this crowd’s greediness in not paying industry rates to their workers in order to honour their commitments. And STILL they continue to lure in new clients with their false promises.Sales team at their various companies will promise your build is done within 8mths or they will pay penalties for each day the build is delayed. What they don’t tell you is that BCG will just issue multiple extensions to avoid this. I’ve had 3 at this point which has pushed out my end date well into 2024. I signed up in 2021.No work has been done on my build for over 6mths. Nobody will respond to my queries in their portal: conveniently there is no number to call.Meanwhile I’m paying ever increasing rent along with a mortgage for well over a year now and I don’t even have a roof.I’ve had to apply for financial hardship with no end in sight as to when I can expect to move in. It’s taken a huge toll on my mental health and I feel completely misled by this company. Houses are going up everywhere else - how are other builders managing to complete their projects in a fraction of the time it takes BCG if their delays are due to ‘shortages in supplies and labourers’ as they are claiming??If I’d known 2yrs ago what I know now, I would never have signed up. Don’t do it to yourself.

Tell your tradies to stop using our power and water. This is disgusting, theft and unprofessional. Go homes, Commodore you all should be ashamed

We had bought an apartment in Vantage in Rivervale . Project Developer is Edge . Builder is BGC . Despite they might have good reputation in heavy construction, their performance in handling residential project is appalling . Vantage have a database tracking all the defects , some of them have been outstanding for 4 months and no action has been carried out . In the Annual General Meeting for the owners in Vantage, questions were raise that some of the defects were raise but without action they were being closed . This is not just my personal experience other landlords express they have similar situation. Promises were made on numerous occasions. This include a window needs to be replace where we notify them 12 months ago . Other 3 items was in the record for at least way over 4 months .Patrick Lee

PLEASE TRUST THESE REVIEWS: I have no reason to bad talk anything going great. But honestly, if you want to just waste your time and move into your house after several years and experience bad customer service sure go for them. This is the worst company I have every gone for, at this rate I can manage to go to school and learn how to build my own house and they still won't have started. I am so disappointed in their services.
