Chemist Warehouse Orange

I tried to fill a prescription for pain relief today for my partner who had surgery yesterday. I was handed the script back by a pharmacy assistant and told that it would not be filled because the pharmacist couldn't contact the prescriber to confirm if the medication was immediate or controlled release. I explained that I was a pharmacist and that the medication was immediate release (which was clearly evident by the instructions on the script). The pharmacist did not attempt to speak to me regarding the script and no attempt was made to determine how my partner would go without the medication during his recovery.In my 15 years as a pharmacist I have never handed a script such as this back to a customer without speaking to them personally. If you value service and your health, I would recommend going to an alternate pharmacy.

Awful. And pharmacies want to take over the role of GPs. They can’t even run a perfume store, leave alone competently put a label on a bloody bottle in a reasonable time. All the hard work has been done by the GP, yet they still stuff it up.

Good prices can be a little busy and often have wait times for prescriptions. Advice is order via the app for prescriptions.

The busiest time of the year (Christmas) and you've only got one person working the register around 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Not only that, you've got a heap of people waiting in the perfume section waiting for someone with the key to help them out. Yet no one can be found to assist.Not the best customer service.10 minutes later, when someone does finally come, they spend 5 to 10 minutes with just one customer who wanted to sniff nearly every perfume in the cabinet. How about in between sniffs, you help someone else out. I knew what I wanted, and it would have taken 5 seconds to unlock the door and get it out for me.

This will be the last time I get a prescription from chemist warehouse in Orange. In the past, I have always gotten my prescriptions from there, but lately it’s been longer and longer waiting times. I was informed it would take 15 mins, understandable as it was very busy. 2 names including mine were called out, I let the young lady go before me, I stood directly behind her and was next in line and then the young man walks off to dispensing and leaves me standing there. I did end up mentioning to another staff member what the hold up was as I stood there for another 10 mins with no one in sight. It literally took 40 mins just to get one script.On my second visit the young gentleman piled up filled prescriptions on the counter and began calling out names of people who had just handed their prescriptions in leaving others including myself waiting for 20 mins or more it was a nightmare, the head pharmacist took over and the young man just stood there blank faced and bewildered at what was happening. Your wait times are disgraceful

I went to to Chemist warehouse on the 24/08/22 to get my medication, the little Asian midget (pharmacist) ignored me for 15mins. He knew I was waiting but kept me waiting for no reason. The store was not even busy at 10am! This is the level of poor service that you get from Chemist Warehouse Orange Grove. I will NOT be back.

Good service..even in my powerchair I had no issues accessing products..great range of products..no matter where I've shopped I. Australia I've never had an issue

I go there mainly to get nicotine gum and occasionally magnesium tablets. The nicotine gum I buy varies wildly in price sometimes $34 sometimes $43 or $52 so I have to wait for when they are $34 and stock up I currently have over $500 of gum in my house. With the magnesium tablets they are $8 cheaper than my local chemist. Isles are very narrow which can be a pain if you're in a hurry.

Not a friendly place at all! Go find another chemist is what theyre telling their customers when they dont have stock. I have repeat scripts and still dont understand these waiting times. It should be in your system. This chemist warehouse is ruined.
