Really helpful staff, christina was amazing, she was patient and helped with every enquiry and question that i had while picking up a sapphire diamond ring. They also had around 30-40% discount at that time, so i managed to get a great deal

I had a fantastic experience at the Castlereagh st outlet. Firstly let me say that all the staff in this store are very professional , as Chatswood could learn from this . I would still reccomend the Chatswood outlet. Manager Dean, Christine, Vaughan,Trish and Hannah are most professional in their approach, knowledge and execution of their profession. THEY ALL DESERVE A PAY RISE ,especially Dean as he has never eaten duck and can only afford chicken. I spent quite A lot of money as it was a high-end watch(actually very well priced) on a Ebel watch and not once did I feel pushed or rushed on my decision making. I came to be so friendly with all the staff that I will pop in just to say hi as I work just around the corner . If you want to buy jewellery or a high end watch go here and nowhere else . To do so would be a serious waste of time and effort. Thanks for the comp water as well.

I’m so happy I chose my partner’s engagement ring from Hardy Brothers at the MLC building Martin Place..The staff are friendly and attentive.I’m so happy I had Hannah assisting me form my first email to finding my choice of engagement ring.Hannah’s help with directing me towards the right wedding bands is greatly appreciated along with the advice she gave..I highly recommend Hardy Brothers as the first choice for fine jewellery.

My partner and I went into Hardy Brothers on the weekend after getting engaged. It was one of a few Jewelry stores we went to that day in Sydney CBD.We were met by really lovely woman who gave us all the attention we needed, explained everything really well, and made us both feel really comfortable. We found the ring we both really loved, but as this was the first place we had looked at, I wanted to go to a few other jewelry stores before deciding. Its a really big purchase and one that I'll live with for the rest of my life so I just wanted to be sure. I went to a further 3-4 stores and again looked at beautiful jewelry, but I couldn't get out of my mind the ring I loved at Hardy Brothers. We went back and bought the most amazing ring, I love it and can't stop looking at it. Our experience was really great, I'm so glad that we went in.

No wonder all their stores are closing down.. rude staff in the remaining Sydney store and unwilling to assist. Bought more than 30k worth jewellery and can't change or sell anywhere. I have been robbed. Chatswood Store closed.Store Manager and staff lying through their teeth and argue.. no customer service after sold. Certificates of valuation don't mean anything" only good for insurance..their exact words"
