Purchased a bulk kit to help maintain our alloy boat. Gave it a once over with the aluminium cleaner and was very impressed. You can clearly see the difference. I look forward to continued use of the products to see how well it maintains the boat. On ordering I was unfortunate to have an error with the products sent but this was rectified easily and the staff were very helpful.

Do not use this company. Read reviews. Put in order nearly a month ago and still not shipped. Only receive excuses and 20% off next order. Haha will definately not be buying again. Asked for refund! No number to call and automatic responses if I emailed. Avoid!! Super dodgy!!

Poor service right from the start.Asked questions in regards to the different washes and no response. Every product you click on under FAQ just mentions aluminium cleaner!! Very embarrassing on their behalf. Checked this product out and I know this stuff is highly poisonous/toxic yet no ingredients listed on the bottle. No directions how to use but some dude doing a before and after has gloves in?Seems like a bunch of cowboys. Safe to say my package arrived 4 weeks after order. Black Friday excuse ?? Never had such a delay during a Black Friday. You can see how they are getting such a bad rep from the latest reviews. Again very embarrassing!

Super happy. Service was great and the underside of my husbands 4WD has never looked better! We also got the salty wash and flush for our skiis - the products are super easy and straight forward to use and exactly what we needed.

I ordered a kit in October and I still haven't received it. I have had to follow this up several times over the last 4 months with no luck, not even a refund. All I have been offered was a 20% off the next purchase which doesn't help if you cant ship it!Maybe don't say you ship to New Zealand if you cant actually get the logistics sorted.

Awesome product, makes cleaning the boat so much easier. I use the engine flush and the boat wash at the boat ramp then it's dry and ready to put away when I get home. No salt and no residue. Would recommend.

One of those companies that you do wish you could give 0 stars. I waited to post this review due to the company owing me money (resolved). Products - no good. Customer service - embarrassingly bad. This kind of company reminds me that millennials are getting an inheritance and they’re start companies knowing 0 about running a business. This is probably not the case but it certainly seems like it. I’d say 5 star reviews are planted. Be careful reading reviews. Bots are giving out 5 stars left and right.

I ordered the Captains care package after watching YouTube channel .Easy hassle free process and delivery was fast, within 3 days the package arrived.First use today and the most amazing result with the smallest amount of product used to completely clean my boat, the foaming gun and attachments are of good quality work as advertised.I was a bit sceptical of the 3 step process but it is as easy as 1,2,3 and as you can see in the photos this is straight after the rinse off.If your not using Salty Captain products your spending too much time cleaning.

Do not buy from this company. The most fake dodgy people on the internet. They give fake tracking numbers and never are in the office. Same old emails, been harassing them for weeks now, same excuses.Please don’t waste your time or money.
