Best place to learn self defence.been training for a year with them and have taught mre to defend myself adn to also teh me self control and also to keep my fitness up.The dojo is a freindly and welcoming place, everyone is like one big happy family adn the head staff Andy and Tom are the freindliest and most humble people i have learnt to know.Highly recomend and good place to start your martial arts journey!!
