Always bring my toddler here for hair cuts. One of the only places locally with the little car for kids to sit in and always cut his hair great and distract him enough for him to not get upset. The past few times has been great at easing him into hair cuts.

Waited a long time. Wash was nice. Cut was awful. I wanted a trim and a thin with no layers. Asked for it to be able to be tied back. She cut it way too short. Added layers. Can’t tie it back. One side is longer and thicker than the other. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. Felt like she was hacking at my hair like Edward scissor hands and was way too heavy handed with the hair dryer that my neck has been sore the rest of the day. 100% would not recommend

Tryed to charge my elderly nan 57$dollars for a hair cut when the normal price is 47$. Thank God the lovely woman at the desk changed the price to the normal price. My nan is clearly not fully in the moment and I feel this way an attempted at daylight robbery. It brakes my heat to see older people get treated like this.

Had the worst experience ever! Went in (Sat 18 Mar, 3.15pm appointment) for a shampoo and blow dry with curls and showed the staff a picture for reference. I was told that the service would cost $90 and made to wait 45 minutes after which they washed my hair and increased the quote I was given by $34. Since my hair was already wet, I had no choice but to consent and when I complained about the difference in price I was told that the attending staff on the desk was not a hairdresser and that it was also due to my hair being thick that the price quoted had now been increased. The staff who had given me the initial quote had actually consulted with this lady prior to giving me the quote and had checked my hair length etc before the service. Anyhow I still consented as there was nothing much I could do at this stage with dripping wet hair. To add to my misery two ladies then proceeded to tug, dry and style my hair which ended up looking worse than when I had walked in(not to mention nothing like the pictured showed for reference). I am seriously shocked at the terrible service and would never ever return and needless to say would never recommend to anyone else either. Deserves zero stars if I had the option to give that. I am shocked to my core at their lack of professionalism and lack of skills.Regards,Zahra

Shout out to Taia (hope I spelt that right), I recommend her great services. She's super accommodating, listened to exactly what I needed and was worried about, I'm very happy with her service. I'm super fussy about my curly hair and the lady I usually go to charges me about $150 for a cut, but Taia did an incredible job for a fraction of the price, but double the skill and customer service!!!

me and my Dad decided to come down to salon express to treat ourselves to an undercut trim and for my dad a hair cut. My dads hair wasn't cut to how he asked one single bit. He put a massive emphasis on what he wanted and how he disliked certain things from other barbers and she did exactly what he asked her not to do. Hate to say it but an absolute waste of money there. very unfortunate. Just want to say that no matter who the client is, you need to listen to what they want as THEY are paying YOU.you've made my dad feel very self conscious and embarrassed. very disappointed.

Not the best experience at all. The lady was so chatty that she decided to express her strong covid views and cut my hair longer in some areas and shorter in others. She tried to over charge me until I questioned it and my hair looks like rubbish. Was she even qualified? she is far from a decent hairdresser. I have been coming for awhile but not anymore. Much rather pay extra for a good experience and professional services.
