If you want CCTV installed in your property don't waste your time trying to contact Coletek. After seeing their systems and their prices on their web sites for a cctv installation I tried to contact them via their website for over a week. Did not receive any response. We were not after a quote and were quite happy to go ahead based on web prices as we wanted the system installed as soon as possible. It is probably a good thing they didn't respond because if they can't manage to return a simple web enquiry then how could you rely on them to back up the system. Poor communications and customer service.

The guys at Coletek are professional and efficient. There knowledge is amazing and service A1. Coletek put in our security cameras in our store at the Marina. We are now looking to putting in more with them around our yard. Highly recommend.

Coletek installed at our home a surveillance system with 6 cameras and an intercom system with 2 door stations and 3 indoor monitors. The two systems were linked enabling the cameras at the door stations to function as additional security cameras and also allow remote access. The result was great with the added advantage of improving our wifi system.If you want a cost effective system done by professionals who know what they’re doing, are reliable and will be respectful of your home, you can not go wrong with Coletek. In July 2012, my hard drive died, and with it all my data, treasured photos etc. ColeTEK was able to recover the data of my old hard drive for me - it had damaged platters so an extensive data recovery process was required. The service was great and fast, Luke came by within 24 hours to do a quick analysis and was then able to proceed with the recovery within days. We were so happy to get all our data back!
