Just want to say a big thankyou to the staff at Eddy Elias Menswear, I have recently been fitted for a suit and was blown away by the exceptional service.The store has a friendly atmosphere which puts you at ease from the get-go.In particular, I want to praise Liam for his customer service over the three to four visits to the store. Liam is very friendly, engaging and you can tell he wants the best for his customers.Throughout the process, Liam would show me a variety of options, explain what would potentially work, without the pressure of coercing me into a decision which I have experienced at other stores.Liam was happy to spend the extra time with me to ensure I was able to try a wide range of options, and as I stated previously, was in no hurry to close the deal which allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience.And to add to the aforementioned, Liam is very good at what he does, has a very good eye with respect to what will work and what will not (however still allowing you to choose of course), and the tailoring of my garments are great.The other staff members are super helpful and would also offer opinions when asked and like Liam, would not pressure you into a decision. Even the sales rep present at one of my fittings was a lovely gentleman.I would recommend this store for anyone wanting some formal attire for any event.And the clothes on offer are first class, hands down the best store I have been to for this type of clothing.They will have my business for life and I will be recommending my friends attend the store when in need of formal wear.Thank you once again.

It's great to get good Old Fashioned service at a quality store. The staff are so helpful with great quality clothing at good prices. I don't like shopping, but this store is great. Makes shopping for clothes easy. And they even offer coffee. We'll done

Fantastic service, awesome staff! We had a great experience getting clothes organised for a wedding.Harley and the team took a lot of care ensuring my suit was fitted perfectly, including ordering in specific sizes of different jackets just so I could get a good feel of what felt right. Everyone went above and beyond, and had a lot of patience.We'll absolutely be returning!

The team at Eddy Elias are incredibly helpful and the level of service is exceptional. I was buying suits for my wedding and they were able to provide advice from the initial selection through to size selection and alterations. They were patient and understanding with having to post suits interstate multiple times to get the size correct, and the final result was comfortable, well fitting and good-looking suits. Many thanks to Harley, Liam and the rest of the team for all their help!
