Our daughter has been attending GELP since 2019, and has had wonderful care from the staff.

Great centre with professional and friendly staff who demonstrate genuine care for the children. I highly recommend this centre.

I’ve sent my 2 kids here and there is nothing I can fault. The staff are genuine and really do love the children. Currently pregnant with my third and I’ll be sending him here when it’s time. Thank you to the educators, chef, admin staff and director Jodie for everything you do for the kids.

Our twin boys have only been at the centre at short time, approx 6 months. We transferred from another Goodstart as we moved. From their first transition visit, we knew the boys would be happy at their new centre. They settled and adjusted to their new centre much quicker and more seamless than we anticipated. Their structured learning has supported their development to flourish. All of the facilitators have been respectful, caring and very welcoming.

Worst and inappropriate attitude1 is not even worth it.We put my baby into their care for some period of time but we couldn't do further because my baby got sick while attending. Eventually, we had to cancel the enrollment so Cindy, the centre director, informed me that I need to give them 2 weeks notice which I did and cancellation was done. However, 2 months later, i realised that they took my money out of bank account(they didn't even cancel the direct debit) so I requested to get my money back.First of all, she didn't even care how my baby was going on even though she was aware that my baby was sick. She made me feel like my baby was part of money source then she said she can't refund it because my baby wasnt in last day of care. However, she didn't inform me that 2 weeks fees will be charged if child didn't attend the last day when I requested for cancellation and keep saying there is nothing she could do then she hung up the phone while talking which is totally unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour to the parents. I rang her back but she seemed to avoid my phone calls.I had to trace and put all my efforts to get my money back which wasn't supposed to be charged at the first place but she and their staff kept haning up the phone and avoiding it. Finally i got through and spoke with Bianca, the regional manager, and she even mentioned me arrogant

We recently joined our child .. she's having difficulty getting to used to the environment. The staff are sooo friendly and very helpful.. very kind .. they are helping my child to settle . They are all very cooperative. They are helping me also to get through this emotionally.. I'm very impressed and satisfied with their service . Highly recommend this place ..

Incredible team, and educators who genuinely care and take an interest in development and learning tailored for the specific interests of the child not just one size fits all. My son had a medical emergency last week while at childcare care and I cannot fault the team for how well they handled it, I trust them fully and so glad to know my son is in safe hands. It’s also a beautiful clean centre too and everything is well maintained

We've had a great experience at Goodstart Plympton. My son was enrolled in the nursery when I returned to work. The educators, Kajal, Shanna and Deb, are fantastic and made the transition very easy. All staff are very welcoming and helpful. My son loves the place and gets really excited when we arrive

Can’t say enough how much these guys deserve the highest honours for what they’ve done for my kids and myself personally. The rapid development of both my kids, the love, care and attention that the educators have given day after day has seen both my children thrive beyond measure. I cannot recommend this centre enough xx

I was a little bit anxious about my 9 months old starting childcare, however every single staff member I spoke to or crossed paths at the Goodstart Plympton made me and my daughter feel safe and comfortable along the process. Although, she has only been going to the childcare for a week, I can genuinely say that I am confident we made the right choice.
