Underwhelmed. First home buyer that just wanted to be kept in the loop. I called on a public holiday and they were excited for my business. They advised to call/email anytime and they would be there to answer my questions. They said not all conveyancers do that or would charge extra. Well they might have answered my questions if they answered my calls and emails. I was constantly following up when deadlines were looming. It was a disappointing experience. I felt like a number and not important at all.
