Coastal Warriors Kids Yoga

My anxious, super self-conscious 11yr old attended Michelle's yoga session very reluctantly. To say she was positively beaming afterwards is an understatement. In her own words - she felt like melted happiness" and I definitely noticed a shift in her body and an improvement in her sleep pattern that night. My enthusiastic 9yr old especially loved the mini "mind massage" at the end and could not wait to sign up for the next session. Michelle is very welcoming and gentle and my girls were instantly comfortable with her and loved their yoga lessons."

Every now and then, you come across a person who exudes kindness and warmth. MICHELLE is this person! Three of my boys were lucky enough to attend Michelle's classes.She weaved her magic with my three year old, taking him on underworld adventures and on an African safari. Not only did Michelle teach him some Yoga techniques, she also nurtured and encouraged his imagination! Plus, Michelle gets" kids and she meets them "where they're at" - she doesn't expect perfect behaviour - she understands child development and is able to "roll with the punches".My other boys
