Bad experience dealing with faulty product, treated ( I.e. their Senior/regular, but 25-30 years of age, staff member with curly blond hair) us like we were lying (also noticed this staff member talking to new staff member in a poor manner). Also had some difficulties exchanging an unoppened tailpad with this same staff member on a previous occasion. I won't go back.

Partner went into the store to get some screws for a skateboard deck and the guys at the door were very rude and laughed. They said they were a surf shop and he pointed out the decks behind the counter. They didn't apologise but kept chatting. He ended up going to ESS up the road who treated him with respect and knew what he was talking about. Avoid.

A massive thank you for the amazing customer service at slimes erina! The friendly staff have gone above and beyond to ensure my son got his new smoothstar in time for his birthday. Very grateful for the effort and care and we will have one stoked-as little frother when he unwraps his new board in the morning.Thanks legends!Highly recommend shopping/supporting this awesome Central Coast business with bloody awesome customer service!

Walked in with not much idea about which board to go with. Dealt with Dane who was the ultimate professional when it came to surfboards. Gave me a few demos to try before helping me decide on a great board that suits me and my level of surfing. Definitely recommend going in and talking to any of the staff as they all know their stuff.

I called in while on holidays to buy a hand plane for body surfing. The guys were very helpful and didn’t try to up-sell. I got a fantastic hand plane for $60 and it’s brilliant. Thanks!
