Paige and the team are absolutely amazing! My 4 year old son was scared of getting a hair cut and after him meeting Paige he finally sat down and had a hair cut. Paige was patient with him and made him laugh and smile. She went above and beyond to make him feel so comfortable. He now calls Paige his best friend and can’t wait for another hair cut. Thankyou so much. We have found our forever salon :)

I’ve just moved to the Hills area and I wanted to find a great salon near me, that I could trust with my hair. After reading reviews I decided to give The Velvet Parlour a go and I was not disappointed! Paige was so lovely and did such a wonderful job on my highlights, and my haircut was the best I’ve had in years! So happy and impressed! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

never felt more comfortable at a salon until now, all the girls are so friendly and lovely, Paige and Georgia are amazing hairdressers and have kept my hair so nice and healthy, Angela's beauty treatments are always so relaxing and feels like she takes her time and i always leave with the best results!!!!. love coming to these girls, always leaving in laughter! :)

The lovely staff at Velvet Parlour not only fit my daughter in at the last minute they went above and beyond for her.Her hair looked fantastic and she was so pleased with it. I love that they listened to what she wanted and the outcome was on point. She also had a eyelash lift and is super happy with it.Highly recommend both the hair and beauty side of this business. The service was impeccable.

Excellent customer service here. I had a wash, cut and blowdry here and was immediately offered tea or coffee, the staff are extremely friendly. I had a lot of hair cut off from long to about shoulder length and had it thinned out. I have naturally thick straight hair and they styled with a bit of a wave in it. It looked great and I left very happy. After a couple of days with it wavy, I finally washed and blow dried at home and realised that the cut was a bit too straight and blunt for my thick straight hair and did not sit quite right as the ends were a bit bulky. So I called them and asked if they would be able to fix it. They fit me in right away and again provided really excellent customer service and really paid attention to detail to try to get it sitting perfect, they thinned out and feathered the ends so that it wasn't so bulky and it looks great. It is clear they really care about their customers and wanted me to be happy with my hair. I am really happy with their service and highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I’ve been here a few times and each time i leave extremely satisfied and so confident. The ladies are extremely nice and always know exactly what i want and how to achieve that. I wanted to dye my hair lighter without completely bleaching it and they worked their way around that and got me the results that i wanted and i am so happy with each of their services; colour, cut and style. Will always be returning here the girls know what they’re doing!!

I have been here a couple of times now just for a basic haircut (nothing too difficult being a short men's haircut). Paige is always super friendly and personable, I have had a great experience both times that I have had my hair cut here now and I often see and hear a lot of laughter from other clients which tells me the same can be said for them!

I absolutely loved my first experience at the Velvet. The service was mind blowing. I walked away very satisfied and excited to come back again and again. The ladies were very experienced, polite, professional yet friendly and warm. Absolutely love Mom. Coffee with a side of cute little muffin made my heart melt.
