I had Leo carry out a structural inspection on my house before I purchased it and he was able to identify a number of defects which we had missed. We had the seller fix these before we settled and thankfully so as it cost them $3,000 to fix everything up.

When selecting an engineer look at the total costs, you require site visits and aftersales service. No after sales service with this company including expensive site visits, I was hung up on when I suggested his rates were excessive, not before telling me not to ring again. I believe $400 is alot for a 15 minute site visit. Am I wrong.
