I have never left a bad review before, but I had a particularly bad experience with GadgetsMaster and don’t want anyone else to. I took my phone in 2 days ago for a screen replacement (cracked screen, phone and touch screen working fine) the screen was replaced and I was charged $170. I noticed as soon as I left that the screen wasn’t responding in areas and was very glitchy. I phoned them, they offered to replace the screen or refund, I said I would like a refund as I felt more comfortable taking my phone to Apple for a new screen given that this had happened. They said they would only refund me if they got the screen they had installed back, which would mean putting a broken screen ‘from the box of broken screens’ (not my original broken screen) on my phone before I took it to Apple as Apple does not accept repairs where there is no screen on the phone, so I couldn’t just ask them to take it off, and Apple won’t allow you to take the old screen after a repair so I couldn’t take it back afterwards. They were very rude and pushy over the phone to the point where I did not feel comfortable going into the store or having them do any more work on my phone. I asked if I could please have a refund without them taking the screen off, and have provided official documentation from Apple that the screen was faulty, they have said no. Definitely not a ‘100 day guarantee’ as per their website. A word of advice for iPhones would be to pay the extra $100 and have the screen fixed at Apple, you get a proper warranty with it, and the warranty on your phone is restored even if you have had a non-Apple screen on it in the past, lesson learned, the $170 hard way unfortunately ;)

Extremely misleading business, we tried for 2 days to reach someone both over the phone and instore during their open hours however no one has been in the store even during their posted hours.

Went in to fix by charging jack, they said all it needed was a quick clean and it should be good, thought $50 was pretty steep for a “quick clean”. However, staff were welcoming and the job was done within 20 minutes.

Lovely service & staff but I went for the “cheaper” $250 option to fix my phone screen and it cracked within 48 hours from simply placing into my middle compartment in my car. Before it cracked, screen sensitively is significantly effected and honestly not worth paying for.

Glass back of iPhone repaired like new after it was deemed impossible at apple store. What a relief. Thank you. Brilliant service - recommend highly.

If you want the best fresh hot bread baked in all of Subiaco; you've come to the wrong place (I won't make that mistake again). Pretty damn good for bits and bobs phone and computer related though. Would rate the place 6-star if they did a good grainy spelt sour-dough...

I contacted Gadget Master to help with my son's laptop issue. He was locked out and there had been some error messages prior to the lockout. We tried to fix it ourselves but were unsuccessful (and getting more stressed out). As a Year 12 with exams fast approaching, it was critical we had this rectified ASAP.When I called GadgetMaster, Danny was incredibly professional and supportive. He explained he would be happy to look at it to see if he could fix it quickly but warned things might take a while if the problem was serious. Danny fixed the issue in under an hour whilst working with us. He was patient, kind, empathetic and instructive around how to prevent similar issues in the future. I could not have asked for a better service and the small fee for service was incredibly reasonable.I thoroughly recommend Gadget Master for professionalism, skill and communication. Well done and thank you!

The work and effort by the staff was outstanding, their patience with someone not so technically literate was even higher and their work exemplary. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Friendly and quick service. I had my daughter's iPhone screen replaced which was smashed and had come off. They were confident and happy to let me know if there was anything serious wrong before charging me. Great service and prices, would highly recommend with confidence.

Went to purchase hard to find computer screw set, The gentleman that served me new exactly what I required. He brought out the miscellaneous screw box, searched through until he found the 4 x set I needed. When I went to pay and was told it was no charge. Impressed!!I shall be doing all future Electronic business with this company.100%, Well done.
