I booked a maintenance job in with Craig for a system he fitted about 5 years ago. He took my payment details but then failed to show up, with no follow up phone call. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rang to book it in again a week later. I specifically asked for confirmation that someone would definitely turn up, but again he failed to show. I've given up and gone elsewhere now.
