Very pleasant to deal with, and performed a quality job. Especially nice to have a real, proper car as a loaner as opposed to another piece of junk like Hyundai or Kia. Thank you very much! Really appreciated!

Normal Service to my unlimited Rubicon.... It's unfortunate as I had such a wonderful experience buying the car from them... The service of the car was a nightmare experience. $514 for 12K service (to put in prospective 114$ more than my previous BMW X5), the facility is terrible, dirty sofas with holes, customer experience is not existing. I will need to find better places to service my car.

First time visitor at jeep and I will never return, Farid poor communication never returned a call after leaving messages, never updated on the progress of the car. Took 3 days to return the car... on a simple quote up on a part I have plenty more to say if the service manager wants to talk.

Damaging the interior and paint during the service in workshop. Not reliable

Service and follow up here were appalling. Took the car in for a routine service only to be told the car required some $12K worth of repairs! After a number of follow up calls from myself an $8K part became a $3.5K second hand part quite quickly or $1K to fit if I supplied the part myself. In comparison I purchased a brand new part and had it fitted for under $2K! The routine service was questionable at best as have later found the brake fluid has not been changed for well over a year and my air filter most likely longer! Would rather support local businesses than receive below par service from the manufacturer who claims to have my best interests at heart. Suffice to say will never be returning to this dealership!

I take my wife’s Jeep and my Jeep here both for service . Each time they always offer the best experience and tend to all my issues , Sayed is very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond , would definitely recommend this place if you have a jeep.
