G-Force Pole and Fitness
I've been attending Gforce for about 5.5 years now and honestly could not speak more highly about the business as a whole. I was a bit nervous starting out as I didn't know anyone but felt very welcomed by all the staff and fellow classmates from the get go. Gforce really creates a positive environment to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time and everyone is so supportive of each other! I recommend this studio to anyone interested in pole or aerials or just wanting a fun way to stay active.

It is such a supportive and fun environment and there’s a variety of classes from beginner to pro and also kids fitness. You can go at your own pace and ability and there’s no pressure. It’s super affordable and really addictive! I’m so grateful we have G-Force on the Central Coast!

The best thing I ever did for my self-esteem!!! Learning pole, getting about in your underwear, can be intimidating! I almost chickened out before my first class. But at G-Force there is such a supportive atmosphere and there's no judgement, just encouraging friendship and lots of fun. I finally learnt to accept my body shape, I've grown stronger Nd more flexible, and it's always a massive ego-boost when you do those pole moves that just look impossible.The instructors are talented, inspiring and 100% with you, ready to boost your butt in the air or catch you if you fall.

G-Force is my second home and happy place! Love this gym, all of the instructors are fantastic and help you learn an amazing new skill/move each class. Being a GForcer is being part of a community of love and support!Strong is definitely the new skinny and I could not recommend GForce enough to anyone wanting to start Pole/Aerials or a new gym experience! I began doing pole here to improve my fitness but I’ve stayed for the amazing love & support! It’s a genuinely judgment free studio, instructors really want you to succeed & are more than happy to go through different moves with you until you feel confident. I genuinely consider G-force to be a second family & cannot recommend them high enough!

An absolutely wonderful place! From the very first moment I stepped in the door I was made to feel welcome and valued. The instructors are professional and genuinely want all of their students to succeed. Gem and her team are working wonders instilling self confidence, and body confidence in their students (among many other awesome things!). I can not recommend GForce highly enough!!

I highly recommend G Force Pole and Fitness for anyone who is looking for a place they can be themselves, feel comfortable in their own skin and receive some amazing coaching from the very talented and supportive coaches. My daughter comes out of her shell in the studio and does nothing but talk about her class each week and the beautiful friends she has made (I drive 40 mins each way for her to attend her class).The studio has a large range of classes that caters for beginners through to advanced students. Give it a try!

G-force is amazing.Started Pole to help after having a baby.Ended up finding my favourite place and made life long friends.Teachers are so caring and kind. They help you anyways they can.They help your confidence 10 fold.Gem has created an amazing place for everyone and every fitness level.I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
