Lovely massage.

Absolute worst experience ever. Had a gift voucher bought for me. I booked in via phone and email (confirmed) turned up and they lost my booking so was told to rebook. Rebooked for the next day and got a phone call in the morning saying they couldn't do that time because they close at 5pm even though their website opening hours say closing at 630pm. Rebooked for Saturday 21st July 930am. Turned up at 925am and waited until 945am as the shop was closed and no one was there. I called them at 9:50am and they said sorry we were in late". I asked for a refund as they have stuffed me around so many times and she hung up on me!. Unacceptable this place is a joke. Going to try and get a refund. Don't bother - they didn't record my booking even though it was confirmed via email
