Barrie has fixed broken pipes for me over the past few years and recently serviced my hot water tank. Always a professional. Turning up at the agreed time and leaving the place clean. Thanks mate.

I have only called the Plumbing and Gas Heroes a few times over different plumbing issues because the issues that Barrie fixed did not recur at all over the years. He is considerate to even small thing like keeping the indoor flooring clean. He put on shoe cover when he was indoor! Moreover, the price is very reasonable. I got quotes from other plumbers for the same job before. And their price was more than double of what Barrie charged. Overall, I can’t find anything bad about the service. Plumbing and Gas Heroes really deserve a five-star review. I highly recommend their service.

Our hero Barrie did a brilliant job on both our plumbing repairs and our gas heater service and overhaul. For example, the hose on one appliance was too short for easy use; whereas the hose on the other appliance had ample to spare. So he saw the problem and swapped them over. No drama: he made the suggestion and it was done in a jiffy! Five stars and highly recommended!

Barrie did a vanity install a few years ago and did that quick and fast.Had some water hammer in our laundry tap and he was quick to do a diagnosis and do a refurbishment of the taps. No more water hammer.Affordable, and gets the job done. Most important, friendly and a genuine person, any other small questions you have he will answer as well. Cheers Barrie

Barrie replaced our toilets, taps and gas bayonet with a minimum of fuss. He provided a very professional, friendly and well priced service. I highly recommend The Plumbing and Gas Heroes for their fantastic quality of work.

Barry was very prompt in his actions. He set a date and time to attend the blocked sewer line, advised a quarter of an hour before attending and arrived on time. Once on site he put on protective rubber slippers before entering the house, viewed the access point outside the laundry and then the jump up position in the front yard. He then gave me a quote for the work which was a quarter of what another firm had previously provided without viewing the job. (The opposition also wanted a deposit of 50% before doing the work). Thank god we didn't pay them their deposit because it would have been twice what Barry charged for the job. Barry insisted on taking the electric eel (root cutter) around the outside of the house so as not to mark the inside floor. He was very careful and thorough in the use of the electric eel (running the coiled units through a plastic conduit for protection before they ran through the rotary machine and on return back after cleaning the blockage). He stored the approx 3 meter sections of eel inside car tyres to transport them to and fro from his vehicle. Barry cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. He completed the job within an hour and was paid by credit card immediately. We will certainly call him first whenever we need any plumbing work again. Most impressed by a traditional tradesman proud of his work.
